  July Declaration :   1. The Whereas in the long continuation of the anti-colonial struggle, the people of this land stood against the deprivation and exploitation of the autocratic rulers of Pakistan for long 23 years and declared independence on March 26, 1971 and established the state of Bangladesh through a bloody liberation war for national liberation by building mass resistance against indiscriminate genocide ;   And   2. The Whereas the common people of Bangladesh through long movements and struggles have made the highest sacrifice to materialize the desire to build a liberal democratic state based on equality, human dignity and social justice enshrined in the Declaration of Independence in this land;   And   3.
